Sauce Labs’ SSO certificate on our Service Provider Metadata file is expiring on July 31, 2022 and we will be deploying a new certificate on July 27, 2022 1am PST.
There is a possibility that this change is not automatic on your part and manual action needs to happen in order to ensure access is not interrupted.
Please see our FAQ below for some common questions.
If your question is not answered or if you have any other questions, please contact help@saucelabs.com
When is the change happening?
The certificate change will occur on July 27, 2022 1am PST.
What do I need to do to change the certificate?
This will depend on how your SSO provider receives our metadata file.
If your IdP/SSO provider uses our Metadata endpoint (e.g. https://saucelabs.com/sso/metadata or similar URL) the change should be seamless as that will be updated automatically as well.
If your provider does not do this, you will need to change the certificate on your SSO provider settings.
The certificate is attached to this email. Exact steps how will vary by provider.
Seek guidance from your IT or SSO teams internally on how this change can happen.
When do I need to the change of certificate?
The changes need to be performed anytime after July 27, 2022 1am PST
What is the new certificate?
