    Hi Hervé,

    It sounds like you're having trouble with locality.  This might be best solved with a ticket at Sauce Labs support.  You can just send an email to help@saucelabs.com and it will automatically create a ticket. 

    If you could include screenshots and a sample test session that would greatly help us troubleshoot any potential locality bugs.

    You can do this by logging into your account, finding the latest failed test, clicking it, then copy-pasting the URL into your reply to us. With our admin accounts we can view your tests without any further steps on your part.
