    Hi Steve, 

    Sorry we haven't been able to reply.  This forum is open to users of Sauce who wish to comment.  Sauce's support team monitors it too and gives answers when feasible (which is quite often).  But the way to open a formal ticket with support is to email us at support@saucelabs.com or use the "Submit a Request" link in the top upper right corner of our portal (support.saucelabs.com).  You'll need to create a Zendesk account to do the latter.  Regardless, we'll reply to your comment shortly.  Just know it's not the same as opening a ticket, which comes with a number and a status and is tracked in our ticketing system.
