Sauce Labs is undertaking some changes to expand the capacity and flexibility of our infrastructure. We are building and expanding our capacity in the cloud, to deliver improved performance and scalability. Some of these changes may impact your use of our product. To complete the migration of some of our public services from on-premises load balancers to direct cloud-based load balancers, we must update DNS records to point at GCP (Google Cloud) IP addresses for all relevant services.
If you have an allowlist configured for outgoing connections from your network to Sauce Labs, you will need to update that allowlist by adding one or both of the following additional IP ranges, depending on the Sauce Labs data centers that you use.
US-West-1: 34.125.90.96/27
EU-Central-1: 34.107.82.96/27
Existing IP ranges can be found in our documentation at https://docs.saucelabs.com/basics/data-center-endpoints/
If you do not have an allowlist configured for outgoing connections from your network to Sauce Labs, you should not need to do anything at this time. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please contact your internal network/IT team for guidance.
We ask that you work to complete this by November 1 at the latest, and we appreciate your efforts in collaboration as we advance our service.
This change affects core Sauce Labs only - it does not apply to Backtrace or AutonomIQ.
