Support is provided by Sauce Labs primarily via support tickets, which can be viewed and updated in the support portal and updated by email. See How do I contact the Sauce Labs Support Team? for more details.
Please ensure you have provided as much information as possible to describe the issue, what you've already investigated, etc, before making such a request. It is also sometimes very useful to record a short video showing the issue you are running into, using Loom or another similar tool. Please also see Troubleshooting and what to do before creating a Support ticket
If you have an open support ticket and you would like to get on a call to progress the issue, you may request that via the support ticket. If arranging a call will be the best next step in order to confirm or clarify the issue you are experiencing or to progress the issue, you will be given a selection of available time slots to choose from to arrange a Zoom call.
