From the Support Portal
The Sauce Labs Support Portal is at https://support.saucelabs.com/hc/en-us. Here, you can browse our knowledge base articles, view your open and previous support tickets, create a new ticket, or use our support widget to assist you in getting help.
Using the Support Widget
We recommend using our "Need Help?" widget if you need help. Click "Need Help?" and provide a short description of your problem or query. You will be presented with the best piece of content from our support knowledge base or from our docs site. If that doesn't resolve your query, you can open a support ticket from here.
Submit a ticket
You can also click the "Submit a request" link at the top of the page to open a support ticket.
Viewing your open and previous support tickets
To view your open and previous support tickets, you will need to be signed in to the support portal. Note that this is a separate account to your Sauce Labs login.
If you have not signed in to the support portal before, click "Sign in" at the top of the page and then you can either click "Get a password" to set a password for the support portal, or sign in via Google, Facebook or Twitter.
Once signed in, click your name at the top of the page and click "My activities" to see your open and previous support tickets.
If you would like to have your account set up so that any user in your organisation can see and contribute to support tickets open by others in your organisation in the support portal, please contact your Customer Success Manager or open a support ticket and request this.
