You may change your subscription plan at any time. If you decide to upgrade your plan, it will take effect immediately, and you will be refunded the remaining prorated amount of the old plan and charged the prorated amount of the new plan. If you downgrade your plan, it will take effect on the next billing cycle.
Please follow these steps if you need to downgrade/upgrade your Virtual Device Cloud subscription: Log in to the account with your credentials, click the drop down menu under the user's name on the top right corner of the screen, click on Billing as shown below:
The system will show you the next upgrade option highlighted in green, so just click on the "Upgrade to..." button to complete the transaction. Your downgrade options will be available as well, so just select the preferred plan and click on the "Plan Change" button to complete the transaction.
Please follow these steps if you need to downgrade/upgrade your Real Device Cloud subscription: Log in to the account with your credentials, click the drop down menu under the user's name on the top right corner of the screen, click on Account Settings as shown below:
Then click on Available Plans, select the preferred plan and click on "Change" to complete the upgrade. If you're downgrading the service, you can select the preferred plan then click on the "Downgrade" button on the bottom right corner of the screen as shown below:
