A subscription is active until the end of a billing cycle and will auto-renew unless explicitly canceled. If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so from your main dashboard before the beginning of a new billing cycle.
Please follow these steps if you need to cancel your Virtual Device Cloud subscription: Log in to the account with your credentials, click the drop down menu under the user's name on the top right corner of the screen, click on Billing as shown below:
Then click on Cancel Plan, select a reason for canceling your subscription, and select "Yes, please cancel plan".
Please follow these steps if you need to cancel your Real Device Cloud subscription: Log in to the account with your credentials, click the drop down menu under the user's name on the top right corner of the screen, click on Account Settings as shown below:
Then click on plans, click on Available Plans, and select Downgrade on the bottom right corner of the screen.
