On 02/05/20, we discovered an issue affecting customers running tests on our macOS 10.15 cloud. Our engineering team has narrowed down the failure to errors with our video recording logic.
The issue is presented as Infrastructure Error -- The connection with your VM was lost and your job can't complete. You won't be charged for these minutes when looking at your tests on your Sauce Labs UI.
While our team works on resolving this, there's two known workarounds available:\
- Run your tests on any other OS besides macOS 10.15
- Continue running your tests on MacOS 10.15, but add the following capability:
This will disable video recording and allow the test to complete.
