Some paying customers have reported that when they click on Billing Info, they see the message "Your account appears not to be subscribed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you think this is in error".
"Subscribed" refers only to credit card customers on a standard plan. So, if you are not paying monthly by credit card but instead you are invoiced and/or have a signed contract, this message is actually expected. It is a confusing message and we are looking to improve the user experience.
