If at some point we ask you for a HAR file that captures your network traffic, this is how you would go about getting it.
Steps:
1. Open your developer tools which can be done by right-clicking and selecting inspect.
You will be greeted with this window (colour may vary by browser or profile themes within the browser).
2. Navigate to the 'Network' tab if you are not on it. You may need to click the '>>' arrows to expand the menu bar.
Note that, this is recording your actions within the browser, it is best to replicate the steps you are taking to experience the issue so the HAR file contains the steps you are taking.
Clicking this icon will clear the traffic and start 'recording' from scratch.
Once you start clicking around and even after a page refresh, files will populate in the Network channel.
When you are done recreating your issue click the downward arrow shown below to export that file. It will then ask you to save the file.
